Logging In by Password
To log in, open the Wellinks App and enter your e-mail and password, then tap ‘Login’. Use the eye icon at the left of the password to show or hide your password. Usually, this helps prevent spelling or typing errors.
The e-mail used will be the same one that your Wellinks welcome e-mail was sent to. You can check your email for emails from Wellinks to double-check which email was used.
If you want to use Biometric ID on your phone, such as Face ID or Fingerprint scanner, you can press that button to utilize this feature. Once on, you will see an option to use the fingerprint scanner or Face ID on your phone. Your phone will then store your current password behind your biometric signature. To turn off Biometric ID, go to the Profile page and scroll to the bottom of the page. For more information see the article
