Password Reset has Expired
If you are getting a message that your password reset link has expired, you can request a new one directly from the app!
Follow the steps below to request a new password reset link:
- Open the Wellinks App (If you don't have the app, you can download it for free by going to the Google Play or Apple App store and searching for "Wellinks")
- Tap on 'Trouble Logging In?.
- On the next page, enter the email address that was used to set up your account (this should be the email address that is receiving any onboarding or account emails from Wellinks. If you have forgotten which email you used you can contact support@wellinks.com )
- Tap the 'Request Reset Email' button below to send the email reset.
- Our system will email you a new password reset link. Please note that this new password reset link will expire 24 hours after the email is sent.
- Click on the link that says 'Reset Password' in your email to create a new password.
- After creating your password from the emailed link, you will need to return to the Wellinks app on your phone to log in using your new password.
- If the link still says 'This password reset link is no longer valid', please verify that you are using the most recent email from support@wellinks.com. Each time you hit the 'Send Reset Email' button all old links expire. You can search your inbox for 'Reset your Wellinks Password" for the latest email.
If you see an error that says 'unable to open link', please try the following steps:
- If you have a phone or tablet with cellular data, try disconnecting the device form your wifi and opening the link using cellular data.
- If you have a firewall or other network security in place, see if account.wellinks.com is being blocked by your browser,
- If you are unsure about either of the steps above, please contact support@wellinks.com for further assistance.
