Wellinks App: Action Plan
Welcome to the latest addition to the Wellinks app—Action Plan! This new feature is designed to provide you with the support and structure needed to effectively manage your condition.
Key Features:
Customizable Check-in Reminder: The default check-in reminder is set to daily at 9 am, but you have the flexibility to customize this from the Profile page of the app. To tailor your reminder, simply navigate to the Notifications card and tap on each option to configure the time and frequency.
Action Plan Question: Your action plan revolves around one important question: "How do you feel today?" You can choose between "As Usual or Better" or "New or Worse Symptoms" as your response to monitor your condition effectively.
Assessing Symptoms: If you select "New or Worse Symptoms," you'll be guided through an assessment process. This assessment is divided into three screens: yellow symptoms, red symptoms, and actions, helping you identify and address any changes in your health.
- Nurse Line Option: You have the convenience of calling the nurse line directly from the app. Simply scroll down and tap the corresponding button. If you initiate the call accidentally, you can choose to cancel it.
- Emergency Assistance: In case of red symptoms, a prompt urging you to call 911 will appear, ensuring you get immediate help when needed.
Symptom Monitoring: Upon returning to the home screen, you'll find a list of your reported symptoms and actions. Feel free to edit any information by scrolling down and clicking "Edit" to keep your records up to date.
