How to Report an App Issue

Experiencing an issue with the Wellinks app? Don't worry – we're here to help! Follow the steps below to ensure your concerns are quickly addressed:

  1. Locate the Help Button:
    • In the upper-right-hand corner of the app, look for the orange "? Help" button.
  2. Access the Help Screen:
    • Tap the orange "? Help" button to navigate to a Help screen that contains common questions and support documentation. This section is searchable, allowing you to find relevant information.
  3. Submit a Question or Comment:
    • At the bottom of the Help screen, you'll find a black "? Ask" button. Tap on it to submit a question or comment to the support team.
    • Provide essential details:
      • Your name
      • Subject
      • Email address
      • A brief message outlining the issues or concerns you're experiencing.
  4. Receive Timely Assistance:
    • Our dedicated support team typically responds within a few hours. They will address your concerns and provide guidance to resolve the reported problem.
